Screentrash began as a deviation from my first blog, Verbal Trash, I decided that film/TV blogs were the thing I found most exciting, so created a more specific blog for those!
As for me...I'm Milly. 22 years old, born on April Fool's Day, which is probably unsurprising to those that know me. Originally from Norwich, I'm smack-bang in the middle of my final year studying Film Studies and Drama and Portsmouth University. After Uni, ambitions include world domination, working in arts management and/or journalism, and making Jared Padalecki my own personal naked slave. I like: Films (duh.), intelligent TV dramas, having far too many guilty pleasures, leopard print, tattoos (I currently have six), festivals, Alkaline Trio, putting off things I don't want to to by procrastinating on the internet, food, Shakeaway milkshakes, forums, causing mischief with the most wonderful friends, not looking at my bank account.
Films I adore: The Edukators, The Virgin Suicides, American Beauty, The Hole, The Breakfast Club, Adventureland, Slither, Saved!, Battle Royale, Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, Serenity, Cry_Wolf, The Omen, The Stepfather, Disturbia, Mean Girls (cause everyone's allowed a guilty pleasure...), Just My Luck (and I have two...). And a hell of a lot more I haven't got round to listing yet.
Teevee love: Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Supernatural, Bones, Dexter, Glee, Dollhouse, Veronica Mars, The Vampire Diaries, Tru Calling, Angel, Friends, The Inbetweeners, Next Top Model (US & UK versions mainly), South Park, The Real Hustle.
I currently hold a position as Copy Editor for my University newspaper, Pugwash News, as well as writing for the publication.
